1. Overview
LaughParty.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on LaughParty.com infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the URL or other specific location on our site.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
5. Repeat Infringers
LaughParty.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
6. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability. Please ensure that you have a good faith belief before submitting a DMCA notice.
